How do I get to Maison Atalaye?
The hotel is located in the heart of Biarritz, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants.
From Biarritz Train Station
Take bus line no. 5 towards Saisontan and get off at the Larralde stop.
The hotel is located 600 meters away.
You may also take a taxi, which will drop you directly in front of the hotel.
From Biarritz Airport
Take bus line no. 11 towards Cité Scolaire and get off at the Larralde stop.
The hotel is located 600 meters away.
You may also choose a taxi, which will bring you directly to the entrance. Reservations: +33 5 59 03 18 18.
By car
Vehicle access is via the Plateau de l’Atalaye if you wish to drop off your luggage.
We do not have private parking. Public parking spaces are available around the hotel and are paid from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
We recommend parking directly at the Indigo Sainte Eugénie underground parking lot, located 100 meters from the hotel.
Is Maison Atalaye a hotel or an aparthotel?
Maison Atalaye is a charming 3-star boutique hotel.
Each room includes a kitchenette designed to allow guests to experience their stay at their own pace.
The freedom of an apartment, with the comfort and services of a hotel.
What time can I arrive?
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage free of charge. A luggage room is available on level 0 of the hotel.
You can then head out, enjoy a walk, and return later.
Can I arrive late in the evening?
Yes.
Thanks to our self check-in system, you may arrive whenever it suits you best.
You will receive the main entrance access code by email 48 hours before your arrival.
On site, a self-service terminal allows you to retrieve your room key card and access your room directly.
To save time, you may also complete your online check-in before arrival.
How does the self check-in work?
Before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete your online check-in.
Once at the hotel, head to level 1, directly accessible from the Rue des Goélands entrance.
Simply enter your last name and reservation number on the self-service terminal to activate your room key card.
All that remains is to discover your room.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is before 11:00 am.
You may leave your luggage free of charge during the day in the luggage room on level 0 and fully enjoy the end of your stay in Biarritz.
Is there a reception on site?
Yes, a Maison host is present daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
To welcome, guide, and assist you throughout your stay.
The rest of the time, everything remains simple and accessible.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, depending on the rate selected.
We offer a flexible rate with free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
After this period, reservations become non-modifiable and non-refundable. The same applies to non-refundable rates.
In cases of force majeure, you may submit a request through your insurance provider.
If necessary, we can provide a no-show certificate to support your claim.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
In order to preserve the comfort and tranquility of all our guests, pets are not allowed at Maison Atalaye.

The Suites and the Apartment also feature:
- an induction cooktop
- an extractor hood
Everything needed to prepare a coffee, a snack, or a simple meal.
Can guests cook freely in the rooms?
The kitchenette is designed for snacks and light meals.
An option allowing guests not to dine out every day.
To preserve everyone’s comfort, it is not intended for elaborate cooking.

Every morning from 8:30 am, your breakfast is discreetly placed outside your room.
A simple bag left there, like a small gesture waiting for you upon waking.
You may order it during your online reservation or request it from the Maison host before 6:00 pm the day before.
The rest happens almost effortlessly.

A free and secure luggage room is available on level 0 of the hotel.
The process is simple: enter your email address, follow the instructions, and a locker will open.
To retrieve your luggage, simply scan the QR code received.
And if the lockers are full, we will do our best to keep your belongings safely.
